1.) Arrival and departure
Arrival can be flexible from 15:00 hrs. The departure must take place on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest. Other arrival and departure times can be arranged individually with the landlord. A (proportionate) repayment of the rent due to early departure will not be made.
2.) Special requests and additional agreements are generally possible. They require written confirmation by the landlord.
3.) Dogs, cats and other pets
For hygienic reasons, pets are generally not allowed.
4.) Non-smoking apartments
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments, in front of the open apartment door on the terrace, and in all buildings of the Landhaus am Aremberg. This also applies to e-cigarettes.
Please dispose of cigarette butts accordingly, they do not belong on the floor.
5.) Parties and stag parties
Parties and stag parties are generally not allowed.
6.) Payment
The rental agreement becomes valid upon receipt of the deposit on the account of the landlord. The deposit of 30% of the rental amount is due for payment within five days after receipt of the booking documents. After the down payment has been made, the balance is due 14 days before the start of the journey. If the payment deadlines are not met, the lessor can withdraw from the contract. Additional costs for water, electricity, waste and final cleaning are already included in the price.
We reserve the right to release the holiday flat for rent in case of missing payment of the balance/no response to our reminder.
However, this does not release us from our cancellation fees if the holiday flat cannot be occupied again.
7.) Cancellation
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be in writing. In the case of withdrawal you are obliged to compensate us for the damage incurred if the holiday apartment cannot be occupied again:
In case of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival 50% of the total price is due.
For cancellations less than 3 months before arrival 90% of the total price is due.
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
The date of receipt of your cancellation message is always the date of cancellation. Amounts already paid will be charged. You can provide a substitute person who will enter into your contract under the conditions mentioned above. A written notification is sufficient.
8.) Final cleaning
Final cleaning is included. We ask you to leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
This includes washing the dishes, separating and disposing of waste in the containers provided, and leaving the holiday apartment in a clean and swept state.
After the end of the accommodation, the apartment is inspected by the landlord or an employee. If the cleaning effort is considerably higher than that of a normal final cleaning, an additional 40.00 € is to be paid for a general cleaning.
9.) Duties of the tenant
The tenant undertakes to treat the rented items (holiday home, inventory and outdoor facilities) with care. If damage to the holiday home and / or its inventory occurs during the rental period or the key is lost, the tenant is obliged to report this immediately to the landlord. Defects and damages already detected on arrival must be reported to us immediately, otherwise the tenant is liable for these damages. A reasonable period of time must be allowed for the removal of damages and defects. Claims arising from complaints that are not reported immediately on site are excluded. Complaints that are only received by the landlord at the end of the stay or after leaving the holiday home are also excluded from compensation. In the event of any disruptions to services, the tenant is obliged to do everything reasonable within the scope of his legal obligation to contribute to the rectification of the disruption and to keep any damage caused to a minimum. On the day of departure, personal items must be removed by the tenant, household waste must be disposed of in the designated containers, dishes must be stored clean and washed in the kitchen cupboards.
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that the rest period from 22:00 to 07:00 hours be observed.
10.) Data protection
The renter agrees that within the scope of the contract concluded with him/her, necessary data about his/her person will be stored, changed and / or deleted. All personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
11.) Liability
The invitation to tender was drawn up to the best of our knowledge. We are not liable for any influence on the rented property due to force majeure, customary power and water failures and storms. Likewise, no liability is accepted in the event of unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances.
